I'm in the middle of buying property so I've been back and forth with the real estate agent, loan officer, and work. The appraiser did his inspection last week and already there are some favorable comparables. It's pretty insane the way real estate has gone through the roof here in Cali.

These were all encoded with the x264 VFW codec at 1.5Mbps and a resolution of 576 X 432. You should be able to view it with nero showtime, vlc media player, MPC or WMP with celtic druid's ffdshow installed (link here), or mplayer (link here).
