Hungary, Central Europe... it will be 12.15 am on MONDAY here, when the game begins. I took a day off from work Don't get me wrong, I like NFL. But it's so exhausting to stay up till 2am just to watch a game, or a NASCAR race...

If you have files to share .... depending upon the size and what not .... upload them to a free hoster. Rapid Share is one of the popular ones. In the first message box I listed a bunch of them that are available. Each site has different limits and what not.
You can use HJ Slit or WinRAR for larger files .... if need be.

Time to invest in a Recorder to watch those shows you like and watch 'em when you get up the next day. Though it won't be LIVE ... as long as you don't read the news it's just as good ..... plus you can fast foward the commercials ... lol !!

What's wrong with a VCR? I admit I am "Old School" but my TV right now is a Commodore 64 monitor hooked up to a VCR. I will sometimes tape basketball games and various tv shows and watch them later.

About the 49ers, I thought we should have kept Mooch too, but people said he isn't aggressive enough; that might be true, but I just say, "Well, I hope you're happy now." As for Owens and Garcia, they both wanted to leave, not much to do about that.

In other sports news, Newcastle beat Cheltenham Town 2-0. I know, I know, but I'm a sucker for the underdogs. They should play better, once their players get healthy; on paper, they have a decent squad (except at the rear, I know.)

Firing Mooch was one of the most stupidest things the Niners ever did , and is why I am very angry with them. I used to support the Niners in the old days when they had Garcia and Owens and Mooch and were making the playoffs year after year. Sure , salary cap hell may have forced the leave of Owens and Garcia but I won't forgive the Niners for firing Mooch and replacing him with a proven idiot. The franchise just went downhill from there and they are slightly improving with Nolan. I am a Nolan supporter though , he's a good coach who has been with the Redskins and Ravens. Plus , with Norv Turner that offense should improve but it's not going to turn into the Colts offense overnight. One thing for sure , Alex Smith has got to throw more than 1 touchdown next year. They might go 6-10 but still lack enough talent to be as good as the old days.

As for the Redskins it was a spectacular year and things should get better from here. The other day the Redskins got Al Saunders who is one of the best offensive coordinators in the game...the only problem in my eyes is the quarterback. Brunell is getting too old and Ramsey angers me with his losing ways...maybe Jason Campbell can start and lead the team to 11-5 or something.

And I don't know anything about soccer , being american.

I noticed that members can not even post NEW threads unless they have 100 posts !! So it seems i'm being too nice letting members make requests after 25 posts since they can not make a request until they hit 100 posts ....lol !!
My main concern was the leechers coming in a making requests without ever giving any feedback. I really shouldn't have to do what I did but seems the only way to stop 'em !!

Yeah, that blew me away also. I don't get the advantage to that proviso. Posters like yourself and geo4945 and rusty345 and gooky are prime examples. I mean, I've snuck over 100 posts now but many of them were responses to other people thanking me, or just nonsense posts like sticking in my old avatar the other day. I've posted plenty of videos but certainly not 100. Maybe the logic is trying to encourage posters to thank and leave feedback, but seems to me 100 is too high and might shoo away potential contributors.

BTW, it's true that Fear Factor video was already posted here, somewhere near Christmas by george3 because I remember downloading it at my parents' home in Florida. geo4945 understandably didn't know it had already been posted because he was away from this forum himself over the holidays. geo4945 has been on an upload tear and all the previous big specialty videos have been new to this forum. Counting the videos he initially forwarded to me via PMs and YouSendIt, I would guess he's contributed at least 25-30 videos total, roughly double his number of posts and all substantial videos. All those vintage Pla***y calendars came from him. Actually, now that I think of it he linked many profiles directly so the number is much higher than 25-30.

Two things:

* Where is the Request Thread? I've seen it mentioned but I can't find it. If requests are being made elsewhere but not here I'd like to look at them.

* Maybe someone can scan this expansive thread and make a list of the videos already here. Tobyken (and gooky) did that on his forum and it was extremely helpful. I don't want to post profiles if they're already here, which would be similar to what happened to geo4945 with that Fear Factor video. If we had a list of which profiles and specialty videos, etc. were here, and on which page, that would really simplify things for both downloaders and uploaders.

Yup, geo4945 made in his handful of posts more than many with hundreds of "thank you" replies.

Here at borda it´s really hard to judge anything from that numbers. One has to wade through a couple of profile pages to learn something. There´s no problem with users we know that contribute, but the points is that quality members hardly make any reqests.

Someone has to remind the rest that mere taking doesn´t give them the right to speak up and ask. Good request is always welcomed in my eyes, but if user that joined only a couple of days ago having only 2,3 posts requests full Pla***y DVD that he found at midnightowl, I want to scream.

You´re doing unpopular job Brian, but someone has to hold them back.

Forum is a bit hard to understand for the English users.

Now, if someone wants to ORGINIZE all the links in this thread .... and send them to me via a text file .... I will put all the links into the front of the thread like they use to be.

Since there is no limit on the data in the box they hold quite a bit. There are 6 boxes in the front. The first can be for current updates. The next 5 .... well ... think of how we can set it up for the time being.
A section for Large Videos, Playmate Profiles ... etc !!
Also ... PLEASE mention who the poster of the clip or clips was to so I can credit as well. I need General info as well for each clip .... size, file type, etc !!
