Why? Quite easy to explain. It's simply the most private part of a woman's body! It's hard to compare men and women, but it's about the same difference if you and I just pose nude (with a visible penis) or pose with an erection. (For me it would be a big difference!) For many girls and women this difference starts with opening their legs or even with just visible inner lips.
I would always say that normal nude posing (without open legs) is what I expect to be standard in PB, at least for a Playmate. I love to get to know the anatomy of a woman in her private parts as many different types of vulvas (not vaginas, by the way, you will see a vagina just with a "pink shot" which is porn category), but I have respect that not every cover star wants to show us. Yeliz Koc does show her body and her intimate parts in the full nude, and that's a lot for a cover star! She has my respect for the courage and the coolness to present her beautiful body like this!

I have to say...I kinda like Yeliz. Location, pictures and model are really good and the best: she is showing something. Google claims, that she is some kind of "reality TV" star in Germany, but with 560k Instagram Followers (quite a bit for german "national" standards and her "reality TV" status) she seems at least to have some public range.
Quite risky for the german PB to go with her as a coverstar to sell the magazine, but I think, it can be a good idea. Once or twice a year you can think out of the box and select something different. Why not getting an Instagram "star" or a female Youtuber/streamer? PB would definitely get the attention of a younger audience. We are living in the 21st century.
In my opinion, better than the standard actress/singer etc., who is 20 years behind her prime, appears for the second time, agrees only to a "victoria-secret-style" shooting and is known for a TV series/ music no one under 50 is watching/listening. In the worst case we have all of this traits combined.
Therefore: Why not going for a woman like Yeliz once in a while(?)
